The Eagles - Long Road Out of Eden

The lights go up on stage, and standing in a line of four with their guitars slung across their backs is The Eagles. Starting off with Seven Bridges Road, blowing the audience away with their amazing acapello, four part harmony. Their opening was so simple, no big lights, or giant background noise, or dancers for them. It was mind-blowing enough, to hear their voices.
Now at the time I wasn't aware that The Eagles had released an album fairly recently, which is actually quite good, it takes their country-ish sound and fuses it with more folky-current acoustic sound. When I heard No More Walks In The Wood I was blown away.
The concert was really good in itself. It was no Bon Jovi or Michael Bublé with running around on stage. Also Glen Fry was the only one who really talked and it was just enough to say "Thank You." "It's good to be back." "This song is about..." The typical small talk. They also had a good, structured setlist (that they are doing every night they perform,) that included quite a few new material, and an array of songs from their past. Their voices are still really good and they sounded pitch perfect. Don Henley was still able to play drums and sing at the same time even! All in all, The Eagles had beautiful harmonies and were able to put on a fantastic even though it was toned down but you do have to take into consideration their age!
