Fool's Gold with Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros

Fool's Gold were the opening act for Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros on their North American tour in May. The band is from Los Angeles and have been around for a few years. They have toured before with Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros as the opening act on their last tour as well.
Fool's Gold were very good live, and I enjoyed their music. Their sound is similar to the Magnetic Zeros' (obviously) but their's was much more instrumental, with minimum vocals on their songs. Their music has influences from all sorts of genres.
Their guitarists were good and really helped to carry the energy and melodies throughout the songs. Even with them being different from typical acts (and even the headliner) in performance style, the band was still able to hold the audience's attention.
Fool's Gold were a good act, and if given the chance to see them again I probably would.
