Eight and a Half at Sonic Boom Record Store Day

Eight and a Half have seen quite a bit of popularity with their recent formation. Which is no surprise since members from both The Stills and Broken Social Scene are in the band!
They have a cool indie rock sound which is of course very polished and talented, due to the members being seasoned veterans in the industry.
I enjoyed their music quite a lot, and even though their show was not over the top or super fast-paced, I thought they were still very good live. Their music alone was enough to reel in the audience member, just by hearing them live. And besides them not being over the top they all still had great stage presence though. Their sound live is very good as well, being clear and polished.
Eight and a Half are definitely going to catch more than they already have, and they definitely deserve it because of their great music.
