Now most people are not keen on opening acts, which I can understand having had my share of both bad and good opening acts. Most opening acts leave me unfazed and I don't usually go searching for their music the next day. Though when Tyler Bryant, a Texas native came out onto to stage he blew Jeff Beck's audience away with his guitar skills. I think what shocked the crowd the most was that he was only twenty and was this skilled! His songs had a blues inspired feel to them which was different and cool. He was playing an "acoustic" set though his guitar was still plugged in and he was doing some awesome solos. Tyler Bryant seemed personable and polite from the stage and he also knew people were there for Jeff Beck and not to see him, mentioning that Jeff Beck would "melt our faces off".
After his set he was at the merch booth and I was able to get a signed CD and talk briefly to him, he was very nice.
Tyler Bryant put on a good live show and his music is good, so it'd be a good concert to see even if he's not opening for someone.

Sorry, I wasn't able to find any videos from the Toronto concert, probably because you couldn't film during most of the show.
